9 Reasons Why Some African Ladies End Up Single For Life .

9 Reasons Why Some African Ladies End Up Single For Life .

1. Many African ladies will end up singles for life because of media exposure- it is so disheartening how a lady will glue her eyes on a mobile phone from morning to night, only to raise it up to focus on television to watch another celebrity entertainment channel. Tell me, what else will dominate this lady’s mindset aside how to live a fake celebrity life being promoted on television channels?

2. Many African ladies now dislike cooking and home chores just because they had been totally brainwashed by movies showcasing men playing the role of women in a family, and due to excessive exposure to modern media that promotes gender-equality in a destructive way that’s aimed at destroying the unique African family setting that made our previous African marriages everlasting and envious to the westerns. Now, with this attitude, how do you expect a African man to desire to marry when he knows he is only buying more headache and trouble than helper for himself?

3. Excessive makeup turns most decent and serious-minded men off- if you have observed, you will discover that most men dislike excessive makeup, and more don’t even like it at all; reason they often times discourage their true loved ones to do away with it cos it speaks ill of a lady even though so many men will applaud and complement you for looking like an Egyptian mummy. A slight makeup is okay; but if you are out for marriage, try always to look simple and natural, it will attract better men, decent and serious-minded, except you are still living in your high school life and not thinking towards marriage.

4. Stop Giving Your Number Out To Every Dick & Harry! No man would want to propose marriage to a lady whose phone is always talking and laughing with unserious calls. You may not be a playgirl, but he would judge you as one, and will likely flee at the slightest chance or disagreement.

5. You Don’t Bring Any Value Into The Life Of Men You Date or Are Dating- because your best friend married without contributing anything to the man that finally married her, doesn’t mean it will work for you that way. Think, work towards equipping yourself so that you can be a value and also add value to his life to convince him that you are worth committing to. Adding value to his life isn’t by giving him money, or material gifts, nope….good counsels, being his best friend, helping him attain his goals in life, lending him moral, mental and spiritual support, and by not just being a liability that only bring requests and problems to be solved.

6. Your Friends Run Your Life- how do you expect to find a husband when you still allow your clique of friends to be dictating which man you meet is worthy of your love and which is not? When will you wake up and face the fact that those your best friends even though they cherish you, wouldn’t want you to marry before them or to marry the best man?

7. You Give Everything Out During Dating- As a single lady who has not been taken to the altar, you need to reserve some things for your husband to be, especially your body, respect it and preserve it at all cost. In the past, men rushed to marry to get certain things or privileges they had been constantly denied while being single. Such privileges include and not limited to: constant sex and companionship, good food and tidied home, etc. But today, a single man gets even the best and of course more of constant sex, good food and excellent home-keeping more than his married counterparts, so tell me how the hell you want him to desire to marry you when you have given him virtually everything he desires from a wife while being his girlfriend? And the most painful part of it all is that he knows that you are prepared to cut down on sex supply, cooking, home-keeping, etc once he marries you, so why would he not want you to remain his girlfriend for life?

8. You Package Yourself Wrongly- in your attempt to look sexy, adorable and maybe appealing to guys, you have derailed from appealing to appalling. In fact you look more whorish than modest; more distractive than attractive, and more disgusting than adorable. Your dressing style determines who gets attracted to you most times. If you dress high school, only high school-thinking guys will be attracted to you, and if you dress excessively sexy and provocative, only randy men will come to you for urgent satisfaction of their immediate sex urge, so don’t be fooled by media hyping of certain kinds of dressing, they are meant for certain set of ladies you wouldn't like to be associated with, be careful. Remember, not all clothes that look sexy are good for a seriously searching for a soul mate single lady.

9. You Lack Manner, Character, Wisdom and Good Home Upbringing- definitely, your ‘hot girl’, ‘pretty girl’, ‘sexy girl’ looks will win you so many men; both the good, and the bad, but your inner beauty, your character and manner are the things that will determine whether any of those men would stay or run after accomplishing their evil missions. In order words, do away with nagging, being possessive, challenging with men in negative ways, the mentality of ‘what a man can do a woman can do better’, a lie devil has used to deceive and destroy so many ladies today, please do away with it.

Nine Beauty Habits That Will Give You Wrinkles

Nine Beauty Habits That Will Give You Wrinkles Later

Wrinkles are a part of aging—and life. While we know to expect wrinkles as we get older, some of the battle has nothing to do with age. Your beauty routines and habits can impact wrinkling as well. See the bad habits that affect your skin’s aging process so you can cut them out ASAP.
1. Not Removing Makeup
When you sleep in your makeup, you’re basically asking for wrinkles. The makeup and environmental pollutants you accumulate during the day seep into your pores, breaking down collagen and elastin. This can speed up the aging process and leave you with fine lines and wrinkles. Cleanse and moisturize your skin every night before bed.
2. Picking
Stop picking at pesky zits, and let them come out on their own or use natural products to help eliminate them. Any time you pick or pull at your skin, you’re causing damage and creating irritation, scars, and yes, even wrinkles.
3. Stretching Your Skin to Apply Makeup
This practice creates wrinkles—and is generally frowned upon in the makeup world. “You should do your makeup how everyone else is going to see you, and hopefully it’s not with your mouth stretched opened and eyebrows lifted so you can put on your mascara,” says makeup artist Donna Kelly. “Don’t pull on your eyes and stretch them so you can put on your eyeliner. It’s about moving your whole face when you’re applying makeup, not stretching it so it’s flat.”
4. Skipping Sunscreen
We’ve all been told to never skip the sunscreen, but it’s often tempting when many of us spend our days indoors. Even a few minutes of sun exposure can lead to a breakdown of collagen, though, and that leads to fine lines and wrinkles. “Wear sunscreen every day, rain or shine, so that you don’t get sun damage. Choose an SPF 30 and one that has zinc oxide or titanium dioxide,” says Debra Jaliman, M.D., a New York-based dermatologist and author of Skin Rules.
5. Sleeping
If you sleep on your face, you can get sleep wrinkles from the pillow. “It’s best to sleep on a satin pillowcase that slides across your face,” says Jaliman. “The other alternative is to sleep on your back.”
6. Smoking
Smoking is the most common cause of wrinkles. “There have been studies of twins that showed proof of this in stunning detail,” says Joel Schlessinger, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon and founder of LovelySkin.com. “So skip cigarettes and lose the wrinkles!”
7. Your Diet
If you want to keep your skin healthy and young, the old saying that you are what you eat is definitely true. Eating too much sugar and high-glycemic foods doesn’t just impact your weight—it could make you look older, too. “Through a damaging process called glycation, sugar molecules attach to the proteins in your skin (including collagen), causing them to become stiff and malformed,” says Roshini Rajapaksa, M.D., a gastroenterologist, balanced health advocate, and co-founder of TULA. “This results in a loss of facial elasticity, as well as contours, puffiness, and fine lines.
Refined sugar and other simple carbohydrates also trigger inflammation throughout the body by causing insulin levels to skyrocket. Inflammation produces enzymes that break down collagen and elastin, which leads to sagging and wrinkles.” So cut down on refined sugar and simple carbohydrates—your skin will thank you!
8. Drinking
All alcohol dehydrates the skin, explains James C. Marotta, M.D., a dual-board-certified facial plastic surgeon. This means your skin will appear less plump and fresh the morning after you drink alcohol. Over time, your skin will lose elasticity and form wrinkles due to a lack of hydration. “Additionally, alcohol can have a huge negative impact on your vitamin A level, which is a very important antioxidant for your skin and body, and it is vital in the regeneration of new cells. Vitamin A is also extremely important in the production of collagen. When you have lower amounts of collagen, you lose elasticity in your skin,” says Marotta. Collagen and elasticity keep your skin supple, taut, and looking young.
9. Chewing Gum
“Gum chewing produces a type of wrinkle that I see quite often on the lower mouth,” says Schlessinger. Additionally, it causes other issues in the mouth structure. This is an easy habit to give up in the name of preserving your skin.

7 Principles Of An Eagle –

PRINCIPLE 1
Eagles fly alone at high altitude and not with sparrows or other small
birds. No other bird can get to the height of the eagle.

Stay away from sparrows and ravens.Eagles fly with Eagles

PRINCIPLE 2
Eagles have strong vision. They have the ability to focus on something up to five kilometers away. When an eagle sites his prey, he narrows his focus on it and set out to get it. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed.

PRINCIPLE 3
Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not.

Be careful with what you feed your eyes and ears with, especially in
movies and on TV. Stay clear of outdated and old information. Always do your research well.

PRINCIPLE 4
Eagles love the storm. When clouds gather, the eagles get excited. The eagle uses the storm’s wind to lift it higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagles uses the raging storm to lift him above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees.

We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably.

PRINCIPLE 5
The Eagle tests before it trusts. When a female eagle meets a male and they want to mate, she flies down to earth with the male pursuing her and she picks a twig. She flies back into the air with the male pursuing her. Once she has reached a height high enough for her, she lets the twig fall to the ground and watches it as it falls. The male chases after the twig. The faster it falls, the faster he chases it. He has to catch it before it falls to the ground. He then brings it back to the female eagle. The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to a higher altitude and then drops the twig for the male to chase. This goes on for hours, with the height increasing until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of catching the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then, will she allow him to mate with her.

Whether in private life or in business, one should test commitment of
people intended for partnership.

PRINCIPLE 6
When ready to lay eggs, the female and male eagle identify a place very high on a cliff where no predators can reach. The male flies to earth and picks thorns and lays them on the crevice of the cliff, then flies to earth again to collect twigs which he lays in the intended nest. He flies back to earth and picks thorns laying them on top of the twigs. He flies back to earth and picks soft grass to cover the thorns. When this first layering is complete the male eagle runs back to earth and picks more thorns, lays them on the nest; runs back to get grass it on top of the thorns, then plucks his feathers to complete the nest. The thorns on the outside of the nest protect it from possible intruders. Both male and female eagles participate in raising the eagle family. She lays the eggs and protects them; he builds the nest and hunts. During the time of training the young ones to fly, the mother eagle throws the eaglets out of the nest. Because they are scared, they jump into the nest again. Next, she throws them out and then takes off the soft layers of the nest, leaving the thorns bare When the scared eaglets again jump into the nest,
they are pricked by thorns. Shrieking and bleeding they jump out again this time wondering why the mother and father who love them so much aretorturing them. Next, mother eagle pushes them off the cliff into the air.

As they shriek in fear, father eagle flies out and catches them up on his back before they fall and brings them back to the cliff. This goes on for sometime until they start flapping their wings. They get excited at this newfound knowledge that they can fly.
The preparation of the nest teaches us to prepare for changes; The
preparation for the family teaches us that active participation of both
partners leads to success; The being pricked by the thorns tells us that sometimes being too comfortable where we are may result into our not experiencing life, not progressing and not learning at all.

The thorns of life come to teach us that we need to grow, get out of the nest and live on. We may not know it but the seemingly comfortable and safe haven may have thorns. The people who love us do not let us languish in sloth but push us hard to
grow and prosper. Even in their seemingly bad actions they have good intentions for us.

PRINCIPLE 7
When an Eagle grows old, his feathers become weak and cannot take him as fast as he should. When he feels weak and about to die, he retires to a place far away in the rocks. While there, he plucks out every feather on his body until he is completely bare. He stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, then he can come out.

We occasionally need to shed off old habits & items that burden us without adding to our lives in order to Move to the next Level. God Bless!*#"

The Lizard Theory – Beautiful Way To Understand life

The Lizard Theory – Beautiful Way To
Understand life
At a Party, a Lizard suddenly fell and sat on a
lady. Out of fear the lady started screaming.
With a panic stricken face and trembling voice
she started jumping, with both her hands
desperately trying to get rid of the lizard.
Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her
group also got frightened.
The lady finally managed to push the lizard away,
but it landed on another lady in the group.
Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the
group to continue the drama.
The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.
In the relay of throwing, the lizard next fell upon
the waiter. The waiter did not move, composed
himself and observed the behaviour of the lizard
on his shirt. When he was confident enough, he
grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the
hall.
Eating my dinner and watching the amusement,
the antenna of my mind picked up a few
thoughts and started wondering, was the lizard
responsible for their histrionic behaviour?
If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed? He
handled it near to perfection, without any chaos.
It is not the lizard, but the inability of the ladies
to handle the disturbance caused by the lizard
that disturbed the ladies.
I realized that, it is not the shouting of my father
or my boss or my wife that disturbs me, but it’s
my inability to handle the disturbances caused
by their shouting that disturbs me.
It’s not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs
me, but my inability to handle the disturbance
caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.
More than the problem, it’s my reaction to the
problem that creates chaos in my life.
Lessons learnt from the story:
We should not react in life.
We should always respond.
The women reacted, whereas the waiter
responded.
Reactions are always instinctive whereas
responses are always well thought of.
